Turning 30 and starting to appreciate quality over quantity! Particularly in the wine and coffee catagories. The days of drinking cheap Portuguese rose are over. It’s Sancerre and Pouilly Fume all the way for me now – well when I can afford it;). Failing that a half decent Sauvignon Blanc will suffice. On the coffee front, I’ve finally given up the Nescafe Gold blend. Taking pride of place in my kitchen these days is a brand spanking new Gaggia Classsic. No more instant for me. Well occasionally I’ll resort to the only instant worth drinking IMHO – Kenco Millicano. But seriously, having a quality coffee machine is fab. I did a ton of research and just about all the Gaggia Classic reviews I came across were very favorable so I bit the bullet. Getting up in the morning is now a joy. Well perhaps ‘joy’ is pushing it a bit. I stll like quantity in the sleep department!
